Selective Flow

Hi,

is there any slicer out there that can adjust the flow for different functions, like you can adjust the speed in Slic3r for infill, perimeters etc?
I have good calibration and flow except for top layer infill. Sometimes it looks pretty good, sometimes there is overfill in corners/direction changes and sometimes there is underfill on long stretches of straight infill.
I would really like to have 103-5% overfill on top layer infill, to not have gaps (or have to slow down to 15mms).

Nope as far as I understand it extrusion width adjust the spacing as well. I need a spacing separate from the extruded amount.
