Raft settings

I am needing to print multiple number of very small cylindrical units (7mm dia x 11mm height), for which I want to build a raft at the bottom for better adhesion. The raft settings on the slic3r lets me create one just under the cylinder itself, but I was wanting the raft to span across the skirt (2 loops at 6mm distance from the object). Is there a way I can do this?

What about combining multiples of the item into one file? So when you load that one file you get several of them..

yes i will have to combine the items into a single file anyways. but that still would give me a raft only under the area where the object touches the base plate / heated bed. am trying to spread the raft wider than the total span of the multiple items placed together.
