"Heater Decoupled"

I have an Aurora Prusa I3 with a Z506 board. recently I replaced the thermistor on the heater block. It is touch the heater block but for some reason my heater keeps saying it is decoupled. What does this mean? Are my FETS (transistors) on my Ramps mother board over heating?

Please someone help me! I can't even print a test block until I get this resolved!

thanks.

could be this printer has caused me way to many issues. It was horrible from the start. So I bought a new CTC printer to replace it. that one is enclosed. Thanks for the help guys but after 2 weeks of nothing but issues and not even being able to have 1 successful print I've given up on this printer.

Maybe it was just a bad kit to begin with as its a chinese knock off I3.

What will you do with the old kit? I might be interested.

Well So far I haven't done anything. Originally I thought of keeping it for parts but I am open. If you want to make an offer you are more than welcome to. The only issue with it is one that came from the factory and that is a crack at the top of the frame where the LCD mounts but the crack doesnt affect anything and it could easily be repaired or replaced. Other than that it just needs a new heater block assembly and barrel to work.
