Temperature lock

My RepRap Prusa Mendel V2 is refusing to print at anything other than 200C. Since my ABS seems only to work at temperatures at around 230C, this is a problem. It is going through all the steps of printing fine, but without the actual printing. Can anyone help me with this?

Could you expand on the things you do when you prepare to print. And what are the temp settings in your slicer? Etc etc.
