I have had my Ormerod 2 since October last year had lots of fun putting it together over several weeks. Unfortunately with work commitments I haven't had a chance to do any real printing until now. I have used half a roll of PLA that came with the kit but I don't really have anything that I can say wow have a look at what this printer can do. I've been reading a lot of your post and are grateful for all the information contained in this forum. I have changed the nozzle to 0.3 and I have ordered the Xarm upgrade. I've been trying to print a new gear for the extruder but I'm not sure what's causing the defects that can be seen in the attached pictures. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
