Looks like your nozzle may be too high when the print starts. Have you calibrated the home position for the Z axis?

Hi

Check your belt tension, the infill does not touch the walls.

Also look if your nozzle is not jam. do you have enough material going out? or temperature enough?.

Hi

Ok Try this for mini maxi

print 25 30
travel 40 60
first layer 20 25
outer 25 30
inner 30 40
infill 25 35

first layer height 0.25
first layer width 200%

print and check a first layer first, if all the lines are joining, no gap then continue.

I will say for the rules (but can change) first layer you want to print slowly ~80 of your print speed, you must place max material width 200% and you need to press it to the bed for max sticking so height 0.25mm. need to measure that if possible.

travel, you can go at 100%. but never for small printer. your motors aren't big enough to accept that.

HI

It may be possible, because last time in your settings you have 0.4mm and I corrected it at 0.25.

Better try again. Also calibration first.

I actually took advantage of the Misumi promotion that ended in March and bought aluminum 3030 extrusion to build an enclosure. The frame is assembled but I haven't had a chance to enclose it yet (I'm thinking about plexiglass, but it's so damn expensive). I'm hoping that will give me more consistent temperatures.

In order to get my bed to heat up to 115C, I did build a small cardboard cover that goes around the bed when it is warming up. Otherwise, it was struggling to get much past 110 in a reasonable amount of time.
