Print facing the support material is all stringy and in even

I'm using cura so far it's the only slicing tool that give me good prints but still the surface that faces the support material is all jagged and stingy. What am I doing wrong here with the settings. I'm using a .5mm nozzle with 1.75mm abs. Any help is appreciated thanks
