Can't set second extruder flow

I recently tried upgrading my MakerFarm 8" prusa i3 by putting a second nozzle on it. I set everything up in my firmware uploaded it and started printing, but my second extuder's flow rate was too low and I cannot find a way to just turn the flow up on one extuder instead of bolth extuders.

There's no way in firmware (yet, or that I know of in Marlin) to adjust the E steps per mm per extruder. You can set the multiplier in the slicer to adjust the flow between extruders since you can set different filament settings.
