Kossel Mini Not working

So I bought a Kossel Mini delta printer kit a couple of weeks ago, and after building it, it does not seem to work.
I've rewired it countless times, tried a new AtMega and a whole new set of stepper motor drivers. Occasionally one or two of the axies work, but on rewiring to make the others work, they all become unresponsive.
Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Where are you based? Do you have a local Hackspace or Makerspace where other people may be able to help you diagnose the problem(s)?

where did you buy it from? I might would check the quality of the solder connections on the Arduino clone and controller board, as well as checking the voltage comming out of the power supply while the machine is running,
