Infill doesn't support top layers

Hi,
I have a Prism 3d printer, and trying to print a calibration cube all the cube looks nice except the top layers wich fall to the interior and doesn't make a solid plane surface.
I'm printing PLA at 195°C a bed temperature of 30°C, infill of25% in honycom pattern.
Anyone has ideas about why does it happen?

Looks like you are using to high temperature.

The temp might be suitable when printing larger parts but for so small parts the layers do not have time to cool down enough before next layer comes around.

It also helps directing a fan towards the print.

I totally agree with the fan advice!

Yes, seems the solution is the fan, i looked into it and it wasn't working!
I'll try with the fan!
Thanks

Hi,
support issue fixed, but now i have a problem with the extruder, it extruds while non print moves. I tried to augment retraction but only worked a little.
Could it be because i have a bad nozze diameter or bad wire diameter?(extrudin 100mm it extrudes 100mm, so i doubt is that)
thanks in advance.

Try retracting more.
