Hello,

My printer RepRap mendel monocolor. Revision 2013, standart from offical reprappro website.
I have printed - 20mm_hollow_cube.stl. Using CURA 15.04

Layer 0.1
Bottom/top 0.8
Print speed 50
Temp 230
bed 92
Flow 90%
Nozle 0.5
No more options.

Please check to my pictures, maybe you can help me with yours ideas.
Fotos is 3 dimensions. High is good - 20mm. Tried change bed size, same. (Maybe made it wrong?)

Unless you use ABS I would say your temp is far too high.
And at 50mm/s you won't be able to do the bridging for the top.

it is ABS as the bed temp is also high. Anyway i think that you are measuring the corners that expands a little. Check ur corners first .

Is this one of ur first prints with the printer ? If so did you print the test with the xyz ?

Print is not first, but i don't got good quality never. How i need do test?

if you bought this from reprapro there is a file in the card ( microsd) that you have to print to get the proper x-y-z scale .

Here reprapro describes what you have to do .

https://reprappro.com/documentation/commissioning-introduction/printing-duet/. Do it and then you ll be alright i think.
