Cooling fan won't turn off and can't be adjusted

Hello,

Sind last week friday as soon as i turn on my printer the cooling fan comes on.
It stays on constantly and i can't adjust the speed via Cura or on the machine itself.
This just suddenly happened on friday morning.

I'm working with a Builder 3D Printer Dual – Feed.
The software is Cura 15.04

Has anybody encountered this problem before or has a way to solve it.

Is this a recent problem? The fan seems to be wired to the power supply and not to an adjustable output on the board.
