Help with print first shot of PLA comes out

Hello

I got a problem that happens the first shot of pla that goes on the metal hot plate that doesn't stick, Then happens again when the extruder goes to the next spot.

If it not a messed up retraction simply make sure you have proper bed adhesion.
I would not like printing directly onto metal...
