Print moves few mm to the left then back to where it should be cant find thee problem need help desperately

I cant remember if i printed any thing tall before but i just noticed this, unfortunately its not a RepRap but its a GeeTech Me Creator but i figured id give this a shot since im having trouble at the Geetech forums. any ways i finally got to print stuff good but but at a certain height the print moves about 2mm for about a 5mm height and then goes back to its original position it should be. i used to use cura so i even tried switching to slic3r, and then thee printer came with board so i thought it could be the board and i changed it to the ramps 1.4 but the problem was still there so i went back to the original controller because i like the single board. i made sure all the screws are tight and are intact belt tension is good and the z axis threaded rod seems to be fairly straight at least to the naked eye and i even tried printout any tension on the top of the rod so if it is bent it will move the rod instead of the two rods holding the bed straight. and also i turned thee rod upside down but still it misprints at the same spot. any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Since it goes back to where it is supposed to be printing, it is probably a mechanical problem where something is getting distorted. I'd check for smooth motion everywhere and especially the Z axis. The z carriage looks like the one in the Solidoodle printer at the makerspace, which wobbles from side to side pretty easily. Maybe the screw/bearings are binding, maybe there a loose Z axis guide rail... The filament isn't getting stuck in the feed from the reel or getting tangled on the reel is it?

Tighten all your pulleys on your motor shafts. Chances are it's a loose pulley.

The pully's are in there good and thanks for mentioning about the soliddoodle looks like this is a rip off of the solid doodle and its a common problem and there are tons of diy fixes. thanks a lot for all the help
