RepRap Fisher not extruding

Hello,

So i recently completed a couple of prints on my RepRap Fisher printer, i have since let it cool and powered it off. I now cant extrude anything, I did see in previous posts it was suggested it was blocked however i don't believe that's the case. I have also tried giving the filament a little push to help which also doesn't work?

Any suggestions?

Why don't you believe that it is blocked if it is not extruding even when the filament is pushed by hand? Filament type? Too cold hot end? If it is ABS, heat to 250C and try to extrude, few times 5mm. If not still extruding, reverse the filament, snip the end of the filament and feed again. Luckily some metal chip garbage comes out when reversing and re-feeding the filament.

yep i admit after alot of messing around it was blocked, i just couldn't see anything after feeding a thin drill bit through.
