I have a new printer and layers doesn't bond together and tried to add size of filament, multiplier, etc.
But still I get this.
Anny suggestion?

What material is that?

What temps are your bed and hot end?

Are you printing too fast?

it is ABS
temperature of heatbed 90 oC
nozzle 230 oC

Don't know if it is too fast, where is that settings in repetier?
I searched but can't find

What layer height?
Also maybe check the nozzle diameter and the one you have set.

nozzle 0.4
first layer height 0.3
multiplier 1

Logical answers all point to under extrusion. Can you send a G1 F1200 E100 to the printer and see if 100mm (E100) of filament is actually extruded? If not you should calibrate you esteps for the extruder, and while you are at it all the other axis.

I have calibrated printer, all X, Y, Z and extruder all is ok.
Extruder have about 0,06 mm tolerance.

that's why I am confused what is wrong.

Do you have a fan running? If it not under extruding then it looks like the layers are not adhering together.

yes I have a fan and tried both, with and withouth fan

You stated 1st layer height. What is the height for the others?
Rule of thumb for layer thickness is don't go over 75% of the nozzle diameter so the max you should use is 0.33mm.
Which slicer are you using ? Cura or Slic3r - just so we know what settings are available.

I search for other layers height but didn't find it.
I am using Slic3r

check the extrusion tempeture with a multimeter.

Im not near my machine to be specific but I think its just called layer height on the same tab as 1st layer height. 1st layer is a special case to help you get the 1st layer to stick.
You can also override this in Repetier Host if you want, and specify a different value to what is set in Slic3r.

Other than speed being to fast, are you absolutely sure the steps per mm for your motors are correct? Because you can set the Z=0 height just fine with any steps per/mm but if they are wrong, it goes up say 0.4 mm, instead of 0.3mm, thus not squeezing the filament onto the layer previously laid. That was a problem I faced a bit ago.
