Uneven surface problem

Problem is 100% solved now. I bought E3D Titan with 400 step pancake stepper motor ,and now every issue is gone. No problems with inconsistent pressure in nozzle , no problems with retraction or surface quality. Now surface of the prints is insane!. Still i need to tweak some of settings to fit new extruder but first prints which are printed without any tweaking are just beautyfull .

What's that taped to the side of your extruder - a laser?

Yes , It is laser . Im planning to use it to engrave prints just after printing is finished in the same gcode. It still needs some development , i need to screw the cover to the frame to protect my eyes and other objects from laser beam and i have to design a new mounting bracket for it. I ll finish that after i make custom dual hotend with heatblocks milled on CNC - i need soluble support.
