Skipping Layers Prusa i3

Been having problems with my RepRap Guru Prusa i3 V2. Random layers are skipping and random portions of the layers. Tried re-calibrating all steps, re-flashing the software, and have tried both Cura and Slic3r and nothing seems to fix the problem. Nozzle diam: .4, Layer height: .32, Wall Thickness: .4, Overlap Percentage: 8, Printing temp: 205(PLA), Filament Diameter 1.71, Print Speed: 40mm/s, Fan Speed 100%, Extrusion Multiplyer: 1. All help would be appreciated!

Your Layer Height is at max for a .4 Nozzle, better prints will occur between .15 & .25, Best prints occur below .15 but take hours to finish.

.40 Max layer Height for .5 nozzle
.32 Max layer Height for .4 nozzle
.24 Max layer Height for .3 nozzle

It appears that your hot-end may be a tad too hot try droping temp to 196-200C with a layer height of .20 Print speed of 40% infill of 40%

Have seen similar results with .32 layer height but will try again with additional parameters. Thank you!

Have a look at the temperature control to check its stable. Could be oscillating between too hot and too cold. I would turn the fan off for now to ensure its not blowing on the hot end.
