I built a printer similar to Prusa.
Manually moving the individual axes makes them no problem at all.
Apro Repetier-Host, I make settings for my printer and save everything.
Load the 20x20 mm cube to perform the print test, click on start printing, and what the printer does .....?
Holds in the Home heat heater expander then arrives at temperature moves and goes to position
In the opposite corner of Home and starts extruding them only on Z axis.
It does not move on X and Y axis, but it stays and moves only in height ie Z.
I think it's a Marlin configuration problem, but I do not know what lines to set.

As for me I'd say that is a firmware (Marlin) configuration problem indeed.
Maybe you should share your Marlin configuration file (use the 'attach file" feature please, long copy and paste makes topics difficult to read).

Sounds like it is trying to print outside the bed perimeters, in repetier host, preview tab, does it show the cube in the middle of the bed ?
You have to set the bed min and max x,r values in firmware and in the host settings to match.
