ABS printing problem

Hi,
I have a marlin based 3d printer.
My printer use the coreXY system.
I tried to print this model using ABS and i have this problem:
- The first layers are ok but in middle the print are deformed.
I'm using this temperature configuration:
- BED 110°
- NOZZLE 225°
- FAN OFF

Any ideas?

Maybe overextruding?
Have you calibrated your extruder?

Yes, i have calibrated my extruder.
The problem is that i have printed 4 of this model and are equal.

Maybe this picture explains better the problem.

Photos of printer may help. What extruder and hot-end? Which slicer? Slicer settings?

I have a 0.5 nozzle and I'm using simplify3d slicer

How big is that part?
Are you printing just one at a time?
That second picture from the top almost looks like underextrusion but its hard to tell with the glare and all.

ABS likes to go slower and have loads of time to solidify. I print mostly all ABS and I print at no faster than 40mm/sec and print at about 240c

Does the problem start when the part in the center is done? Try to print slower.

my opinion is that you have two problems. first the nozzle is not too tied and the second and most important is that ur design is wrong. At that point you are getting too much material. So the nozzle doesn't move on air or above the previous layer but "inside" it. At that point if you look carefull you ll see that the nozzle is touching ur print with enough force. You have to lower the amount of abs or/and the infill and/or you have to specify height and then width of the extrusion.

Try reducing the flow rate to 80%. If it improves, then take it a little lower to 75%, and see if it get better, or stays the same.

Temperature might also be an issue. I would say it is a little too cold, but I don't have enough information to make a better educated guess.

My bet is thats a draft issue, its good close to the bed because its warmer there....

do you have a hood or cover for your printer?

close in the printer so the air around the print is kept warm and no drafts, boost your extrude temp a little say 245c

A hood for ABS printing is a must.... Or a really really hot room!!!

check and see if your fan comes on at those layers....

I doubt your over extruding, or it would show at the lower levels too...
