Strange problem when moving print head on Delta.

I have some strange problem. When print head moves to region with negative Y coordinates the print head is lifting up and some times movet to side. And when it moves back it goes down agait EXACTLY same height so it continues to print fine, retaining leveling. Tried two boards, MKS-mini and MKS-Sbase, cheched stepper motor connection - everything is fine. I dont get it. What could be the problem? Can it be the motors themselves?

I use 0.9 degrees steppers at 1.5A on 32 microstepping on 16T pulley, so its 400 steps per mm.

Here is a video representation, I just set the head to move in straight line, but it hops up.

What type of printer is this? Do you have bed-levelling enabled? Can you share the Gcode file?

It is Kossel Delta Mini. I already solved this problem. I still cant belive that this was the cause. It was a loose screw on one belt pulley! The behaviour was so consistant and peretable that I could not even though about it! Tighten all up and now its printing just great!
