Stringing and blobby bits.

Hi,
I'm new to all this and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out which settings I have wrong.

I'm seeing some stringing and blobs of material on my prints. See here: [imgur.com]

My printer is the Anycubic I3 mega.
Its pla printing at 200c IIf that's relevant.
I'm using cura as my slicer.

I'm using the anycubic filament that came with the printer and I've set my retraction to 60mm a sec and 6mm distance but I'm seeing stringing still in places and weird globs sticking out at times.

Sorry for the black filament making it hard to see. I'm still waiting for others to arrive.

6mm retraction distance seems a lot to me.
Even with the longest Bowden tube, I never retract more than 4.5mm.
The part also looks overheated, maybe reduce temp in 5° steps and see the difference.
