E3dv6 underextrusion (only when printing)
June 27, 2018 08:33AM
Hello,

Recently i have i began using the e3dv6 (clone) but i have one strange problem with it.
when i extrude filament using the gcode command: G0 E100 F500 it extrudes 100mm perfectl, but when the machine starts printing i shows extreme underextrusion.
i can fix the underextrusion by setting my slicer settings to about 200% flow.
Does anybody know what is causing this issue?

im using cura 2.1 with a bowden setup controlled by smoothieware.

Is the default filament diameter set to 2.85 or 3 mm? If so the print will grossly under extrude.

Thank you! i added a new machine for my new 3d printer and for some reason the filament setting changed back to 2,85mm
