Any ideas of what happened mid way through this print?

Ok so this is my print. I recently rebuilt my printer and this is the first thing I printed apart from a 20mm cube.

As you can see, first few layers seems ok. Then all of sudden it looks like crap. What I did at this point was I paused the print, turned the extruder and heat bed off and went out. Came back and switch them both back on. Once they got to temperature, I continued the print. Seemed to print much better after that. Not perfect, I know. Looks like I have some tweaking but I don't get the middle section.

Using Marlin with Octoprint.
MKS GEN 1.4 board
TMC2100 drivers for all axis
DRV8825 for the extruder motor.

is it a pla plastic. if so then you had a temp to high....! it also seem a bit of overextruding. you have to add a fan and/or print with lower temps.

It seems to be related to infill, because the lower and upper layers ( without infill ) look OK.
What is your setting for Infill/Perimeter-overlap? Infill-width and fill rate are also important.
