hello everyone, i have a problem in my DIY cantilever 3d printer.the problem is when arduino mega2560 is connected with hanpose(brand name)17HS4401 stepper motor the working is good but when i connect the same shield with usongshine(brand name)17HS4401 stepper motor it is not working.i don't not found the reason.if anyone knows please explain me.

Sometimes the two coils of the steppers have different wire colors or the order of connection is wrong. Usually black/green and red/blue are the coil pairs. The order to connect them is black, green, blue, red or vice versa if the motor runs the wrong way.
