Hi all,

My name is Sean, and this is my first time posting.
I have a robo 3d R1+ (3 of them).
However, someone ask me to beta test their printer. The spec are
print vol: 360x360x400mm
Temp: 180-450C
Heated Chamber 80C (I turn ON only for ABS, polycarbonate and carbon fiber nylon)
BED: Stationary, Dual Zaxis, Dual Yaxis, DualXasis.
Software: simplfied 3d

I downsize the model to test the printier's ability.
I print over 200's those little "doraemon" yeah my favorite cartoon when I was a kid.
No matter what setting I do, my PLA/ PLA+ is worse than ABS, polycarbonate.

Try many setting, do you guys have the same problem....

PLA(esun, many others brands 5) setting
Temp 210C, bed 65C, Fan 90%, speed 40mm/s, retract 0.8mm, LayerHeight: 100micron, nozzle 0.35mm,infill 10% honeycomb

ABS setting
Temp 270C, bed 100C, Fan 80%, speed 40mm/s, retract 0.8mm, LayerHeight: 100micron, nozzle 0.35mmin,fill 10% honeycomb

Polycarbonate setting
Temp 280C, bed 120C, Fan 80%, speed 40mm/s, retract 1.2mm, LayerHeight: 100micron, nozzle 0.35mm,infill 10% honeycomb

Any idea how to improve pla printing, I really appreciate. see picture
