Thermal Runaway issue - Logs provided
November 22, 2018 12:17AM
Hey all,

I have been having some thermal runaway issues on my lasts few prints... Would just wake up and there would be a thermal runaway error with ZERO information. I went ahead and started the print again, this time logging it in repitor host incase anything happend... Sure enough, before the print itself really started it errored out. I wasn't sitting by the printer when this happend as I have no idea when it will happen. Last time it did it at approximetely 10 hours into a 14 hour print (sigh.)

Regardless, here is the log... As you can see before the thermal runaway event temps are pretty normal +-3 degrees for the bed which is supposedly what caused the thermal runaway event.... Honestly confused as to why it decided to thermal runaway.

Firmware Info:
Marlin 1.1.8

Configuration_adv.h: [pastebin.com]

EDIT:
After reading my config settings which I should have done before posting, the thermal runaway kicks in after 2 degrees celcius for the bed. Well there my problem.

log shows bed on full and it can't reach 70

The thermal protection is doing what its meant to.

Check your bed thermistor is still securely attached to the bed, even a small air gap will cause much colder readings than the bed it actually at.
