Well everything was working well until I bought cheap filament from Amazon and problems - returned the filament... Then I decided to print something with an ABS from hatchbox and same problem 
, tried to change the layer height, temperatures, country and galaxy and same problem. I attached the picture.

That was the reason 
since I started using the bed platform surface which I don't need to use glue or anything to keep the plastic stuck I never cleaned....
