Heating bed error

Ive been working with my reprapguru prusa i3 v2 for about 6 months now, and I'm still Having trouble printing, I've yet to fully heat the printer. Errors are :
14:45:37.939 : Error:Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: 0

And

16:05:49.340 : Error:Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: bed

I've replaced the bed, any other troubleshooting tips?

Check the bed thermistor. Make sure that it has a good electrical connection to the board, and a good thermal contact to the bed.
