Looking for advice on what may be causing this ..I have done the usual bed levelling procedures.
Does this suggest that the nozzle is still too high off the bed?
If you look at the printed material and it appears to still be round then the nozzle is still to high above the bed.
If is appears to be the same thickness set for your layer height then if could be that the material is not sticking because of the bed temperature.
However in this case the filament does appear to be more rounded and just laying on the blue tape.
There are many ways to lower the nozzle into position.
I have a thumb screw spring loaded proximity sensor that allow me to quickly adjust the nozzle height. This is used in conjunction with baby-stepping to nudge the nozzle down.
I have also used the Z-Offset control from the LCD menu and
M851 to allow a for a corrected lower nozzle position, without moving hardware sensors.
