Fusion 360 Lower toolbar wont respond

Hi folks , Im having a problem with my lower toolbar the one at the bottom of the screen with the move by hand sign the zoom, revolve and all that , I place the curser on each one and it does not respond ! Any ideas whats going on ?? Hope to hear soon Harry

Its probably for the paid version now... (no not really, just not happy with recent changes, like many others)

Try clearing the local cache

To Clear the Cache Data:
Select the Help drop-down menu in the top-right hand corner of Fusion 360.
Select Support & Diagnostics.
Select Clear Cache Data.

Yes to the dont like to the changes !! Learn it all over again !! And better ? No ! Fusion 360 is for me the only way to go fantastic , then they did that !! And you cant revert to the old system ! Why not ?
