Variable Extruder flow rate depending on filament diameter.

Hello Guys,
I am Hari, woking in custom polymer filament making.
I need to print with extruder speed changes according to variable filament diameter from 1.65mm to 1.85mm.
Is there is any way to control my extrusion speed by Marlin or Raspberry or something else....?
