Gaps in prints and printed object is not strong(breaking)

HI

i was creating a new printer(prusa model). print quality is good and no lines in prints. but i can able to see small gaps in every print.

If i print big models, which is breaking while removing support itself.

i am attaching some pictures referring to my issue

silver/gray color is acccreate PLA
Green one is Sunlu china
Yellow one is Sunlu china

... slightly higher temp will fuse better ... but there are some tiny "zickzack-waves" visible too in the layers, what could be caused by extruder variations (too much extrudate or too slow) ...

you mean to say extruder calibration also required ?

Do you hear any pops coming from the nozzle during printing by any chance?

hi heard some, i thought it's skipping steps or extruder. or the filament is slipping . after that i reset extruder, tightened tension springs, still same,...

haring some time, not very often

What kind of stepper drivers are you using? What is your extruder stepper driver's VREF? What kind of hot end are you using? What kind of extruder are you using?

HI

my board is MKS-BASE v1.4, which uses 4982 as a motor driver. and my extruder is mk8 extruder(direct drive)

VREF, i didn't measured yet

I haven't used 4982 drivers before, but with 4988 drivers, which may be similar, I have to set VREF so 750mV to get the clicking to stop. Using an E3D v6 hot end below my MK8 extruder in a direct drive configuration works well.
If you still experience clicking, I'd recommend going with a geared extruder such as the Titan or Greg's Wade's one.
The gaps occur when the nozzle loses pressure, such as when a step is lost and clicking is heard.

HI

i just checked VREF and it is 850mV. also i have ordered Titan

as you said, 4982 and 4988 drivers are similar,
