I was using firmware 2.05.1 before, but yesterday updated to 3.1.1, tuned PID for hotbed (M303 H0 S100) just in case and did test print. First I noticed that PID settings for hotbed were different, in v2.05.1 it was (F20 added by me as recommended, 600W silicone heater with SSR)

but after tuning and saving in v3.1.1 it became

The problem is lines are back as shown on picture: from left to right - green and white with PID tuned in v3.1.1, rightmost when I changed M307 in sys\config-override.g to made in v2.05.1 (PLA, 220C, bed 70C). As you can see there is problem in v3.1.1 autotuning.
