3D printer communication issue

Hi, RepRap community... my problem has happened after I update my DIY 3d printer to be linked to my pc via Bluetooth by activating it in marlin code as you know .... and after many tries, I am successfully able to communicate with it very excellent when I send it a G code from the "serial monitor" of the ARDUINO IDE, the problem is when I tried to communicate via slicer like CURA and also when I tried to connect it via pronterface and even if I connects it, it stops every thing of the printing before complete the first layer without error message so I restart all, I am tired from that so I need any suggestion you have... and I can send any photo you want.
