Hallo Leute,

nachdem ich jetzt schon ewig an diesem Problem sitze gebe ich nun auf und frage mal im Forum nach.

Die Gedruckte Oberfläche ist Rau ohne Ende. (Sieh Bild)
Der Drucker ist ein Eigenbau für meinen Sohn, aber ich habe Probleme die Oberfläche sauber hinzu bekommen.
Irgendwer ne Idee woran das liegen könnte ?
Ich habe schon an so vielen Schrauben im Prusa-Slic3r gedreht das ich gar nicht mehr weis was ich alles versucht habe.

Ich benutze eine 04er Düse und der Drucker ist wie gesagt ein Eigenbau.
Filament benutze ich momentan PETG.
Drucktemperatur ist momentan 220°C, habe auch schon bis 235°C probiert.
Heizbett noch keines.

Hat jemand ne Idee woran das liegt ?

How fast are you printing? In general PETG doesn't like to be printed much over 40-50 mm/sec or so. Disable lift on retract, try reducing extrusion to 90-95% (assuming you've calibrated). I print PETG at 250C...
Have you tried printing with PLA?

My printing speed is between 10-15mm / sec.
Extrusensfactor was 1 now I have set it to 0.9.
I had the same problems with PLA.

Print temperature higher than 235 ° C ??

Okay gonna test it.

I made a test print with 0.9 Extr. And 240 ° C so far it looks good.
I think the main problem was the extrusion fact.
