gaps in the vertical wall, What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Got a RepRap printer which I've calibrated the X, Y, Z and the extruder. However during a print I keep getting gaps in the walls.

See attached photo.

What am I missing?

I'm using the Marlin 2 firmware maybe something there?

I've played with the flow rate and the speed, didn't fix it.
PLA is at 210C and the bed is at 60C

Ideas?

Update...

I'm fairly sure this is an extruder issue now.

I have discovered that the extruder motor is pushing the PLA through the heater a tad too quickly as it is "sometimes" getting blocked up just before the heater and curling in the top of the extruder.

Anyone know which setting to tweak in the Marlin 2.0 configuation.h file?

Any ideas how best to calibrate this?

If you think the flow rate is too high then using the LCD adjust the flow down 95% then 90 % ect...

How do I change the flow rate in the Marlin configuration.h

I can't see a feedrate or jograte setting.
