Hello everyone
I just installed a new CoreXY 3D Pringer, and I haven't started printing yet, but now there is an error. I don't know what caused it.
I only have one extruder, E0, but report E1 error.
It can be heated, but it will be thermally protected when it is greater than or equal to 160 degrees Celsius, and report an error:
Heating Failed :E1

PRINTER HALTED

Please Reset

I replaced multiple thermistors, but the result was still the same, I was going crazy.

please help me

Marlin knows how long it should take to get to the required temperature. Your is not reaching that requirement

Check all you screw terminals are tight

Check you voltage from your power supply is correct and not low

Check your hotend cables are not getting hot

Do a PID tune of your hot end.

Hello Dust:

thank you for your reply!
It has been solved. The main reason for this problem is that I set the automatic cooling fan of the extruder, I lowered the fan speed, and increased the minimum temperature for triggering operation.

I have noted this myself, the fan must be directed at the model not nozzle.

This being said I redesigned my fan duct to do just that and have not seen another Heating Failed: because of cooling model.

I also made a duct to cool the throat fin I installed
