Slic3r ERROR!!

A few weeks ago, I tried Slic3r and it worked fine, now I tried to slice a 3d .stl file and it allways appear this error in ALL the .stl files that I tried to charge on the program:
"No lines start at point 10613459778,7243685627. This shouldn't happen.
Please check the model for manifoldness. at /Slic3r::Layer line 217. "
What does it mean? I tried the same file that it worked fine a few days ago.. Don't understand anything..
