Please check this object

I'm trying to slice meeple.stl [www.thingiverse.com]

and end up with very strange results with arcs all over the place:


Can anyone confirm this behaviour?

(It also happened with the whistle on thingiverse)

... seems to be a bug in calculating or displaying arcs.

Can you test,if it's only in the viewer or in the outputted G-code too?

Disable the arcs feature, it was not really developed after its first implementation.

OK - I've disabled arcs (by removing the flag from the command line), but the gcode still looks funny, even with the latest 0.7.2 when I preview in pronterface. I don't have another viewer for gcode, as it won't display at all in Repetier host.

I'm not so good with gcode, but what are all those G2 and G3 codes ?

What "g-code flavor" parameter are you using ?

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

The G2 and G3 codes are arcs. Even though I removed the --gcode-arcs from the command line call, gcode_arcs = 1 was still in the .ini file.
I've changed it to 0 and the arcs are gone...
