The new interface in 0.7.3-dev is awesome! I can't wait for this to be a stable release. Great work!

Have you got a screen shot? It takes me too long to compile the dev release on a Mac!

I'm back to 0.7.2b for the moment because I was having some memory/stability issues with 0.7.3-dev. I can describe it quickly though: he's added a tab that lets you import multiple files to slice. These parts then show up in a preview pane where you can drag them around and re-position them. It's very slick... once he gets the stability issues nailed down, it's going to be a big upgrade over 0.7.2.

Can the parts be rotated?

if he add features like realtime 3d viewport and support material control, it will be perfect!

Can we get it to try? I just need to print one part that must be rotated first...
Thanks,
Ken

You can pick the latest development version from [github.com] - I have no idea if it's usable as is or if you need some sort of compilation done.

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

The dev made a good write up on installing slic3r from git. Just remember that you're getting a developmental version... mileage may vary.
