Which setting is this in slic3r ?
My home is set 0 0 0, and the first commands of the gcode send him up 15cm above the platform and starts dripping in the center but way too high.

Your Z axis is likely not correctly homed or you have a very large ZOffset set in the preferences.

If it's the first issue move your Z to 0 and type G92 Z0

Ok I had a z-offset of 200, in the firmware I have the center being 000, so I had to customize it for my bed which has some screws in it, so I was setting it smaller to fit properly in the middle for the time being before I add a better top plate
