on the Greg's extruder STL, Slic3r wrongly slice the horizontal hole found on the extruder but sfact does it just fine with the same stl.

STL is attached and zipped

I just descover netfabb to repair errors in STL.... That fixed the issue smiling smiley

but why other slicers are able to come over this error but slic3r?

They are all older, so potentially more bug free and capable.

If a file is non-manifold then it represents something that cannot exist in reality so should never be the input to a slicer.
