I have reviewed your guide. Very nice overall, although I found several mis-spelled words and some phrases that could be handled better in English. I have marked a copy of the PDF up for your review. Where should I send it? I was going to attach to an email, but the pdf is ~10M, and I do not have a dropbox/etc for storing it.

And thank you for creating it.

I did forget to do that, but it doesn't reduce it much anyway (~15% compression, presumably due to the graphics). Far too large to attach here @~10 times the 615K limit. I have a 24down/7up connection, so sending by whatever method isn't an issue at this end, I just don't have any personal temp storage for someone else to download from, lame as that situation may seem to be. Let me know how to get it to you and I'll drop or mail it.

why not a wiki page instead of a .pdf ? (by completing [reprap.org] )

easier to edit and to keep updated by everyone

wikis end up being maintained by a very few people in general. PDFs are nice because they can easily be printed and stored to a users' computer for offline access.
