Sorry for the newb question. Is their a way to add raft to a print from this app?

No Raft functionality in Slic3r.
Generally I only resort to rafts if I absolutely have to, I've seen videos of people prying them off easily, my experience is they are a pain in the ass to remove.

Ah, thanks. Had to ask since its easier to understand than Skienforge. My beds not perfectly leveled and someone suggested trying a raft.

while it's nice, it doesn't need to be perfectly level, as long as it's not miles off, especially for smaller prints.
