Reprap Pro Mendel Tray problem

Using Slic3r 0.9.9 and slicing the tray1.stl provided by RepRap Pro

Not a great picture but if you take a look at where I've circled it in red you may be able to see what the problem is at this point it's supposed to be do the first layer for a leg part but it ends up dumping a load of plastic in that one spot it's as if it's at the limit of the machine but there is still build plate to the right of it.

Seems to happen with anything that's on that side of the bed, I've got it set to x=200 y=200 with the centre at x=130 perhaps it's not a slic3r problem at all and I need to change where I home my x axis?

Looks like it was probably just homing position and bed size mismatch.

Tweaked the endstop location for the x axis and looks like it's printing the whole tray fine.
