I printed this knob in my huxley with slic3r, but I had to reprint it with skeinforge because besides not having the ribbing I also did the hole too wide
In the photos, as shown by the arrows, you can see what I mean ... knob to the right with slic3r printed on the left with skeinforge ... and the related parameters slic3r .... where wrong?

Slic3r does not like broken files. Try running it through cloud.netfabb.com and then reslice it.
