lift Z without retract

Hi there !

I wish to set Slic3r to print without retractation but with the Z lift (retractaction seems problematic on my printer)
If I set retractation distance to zero, then there is no lift at all, even if "lift Z" is set to something else than zero

Try setting retraction distance to something very small - like 0.0001.

Not sure it will work, but easy enough to try.
