printing a perimeter layer around voids

printing a perimeter layer around voids

While printing a y linear bearing bracket, it prints a single layer bascially bridging around the outside through the voids for the bearing.. The following is my config for slic3r :

Its hard to tell from the picture but it looks like it is just ooze. Set your retract to 1mm at 15mm/s to 30mm/s depending on how fast your machine can retract.
