When I slice

The X in the middle is much bigger then it should be for some reason,
it should be this big

cloud.netfabb.com]
I sliced it in window, and in linux on slicer, it comes out fine on skienforge, it worked ONCE, but I dont understand why, when i re sliced, broken again?
Any ideas, download the files and slice it and you'll see what i mean
